You should also think about entertaining when you are picking new outdoor furniture. If you entertain a lot then you should pick stylish but functional outdoor furniture that will be comfortable for a wide variety of people.  If you have a deck, you can have custom benches built around the deck that will provide a lot of seating for a lot of people.  Built in benches on a deck are great because they provide sturdy seating but they also provide a lot of hidden storage.  So if you entertain on your deck having a built in benches running the length of the deck can give you a lot of seating options and also give you a place to store outdoor candles, plastic dishes, cups, and other things that you’ll need when you’re entertaining outdoors. Outdoor furniture should be functional as well as stylish, especially if you entertain a lot.  And if you barbeque outdoors then having a sturdy table to hold that food is a necessity.  The price of outdoor furniture depends a lot on what type of material you pick but you shouldn’t skimp on quality to save money when it comes to outdoor furniture.  You want to buy furniture that will last for at least a few years. You might have to spend more money initially to buy a higher quality set of furniture but in the long run it will be worth it.
