Stout, Strong & In-Destructible I love my new folding chairs. My mom got me a new set for graduation a few years ago and believe it or not my friends at college thought they really rocked. We used them in the dormitory hallways, outside on the Tundra where we played ultimate Frisbee and even in the gym when we played in late night basketball tourney’s with the other girls in our dorms. My folding chairs are blue with a black frame and they’re made from a super thick, heavy duty canvas fabric that has withstood some crazy conditions. Like this one time when a couple of football players where in my room late one night with a couple of my friends, we got in a daring mood and before I knew it Jose bet me that he could break one of my chairs with his dead weight. Of course being a very confident, persistent 18 year old female pursing the path of a successful business woman, I called him on it. So he promptly unfolded the chair, sat down and requested Jon and Tony to sit on his lap. Weird right? Oh yes, odd indeed. Then they proceeded to recruit us to sit. I believed fully in my chairs ability and punctually sat my happy butt down. With a total of seven college aged students, three of which were 200 pound plus football players, my folding chair pretty much rocked. Jose and I have been going strong for a year now. I told my mom how durable my chairs are and how much I use them. I really like to extend extra thanks to my mum whenever I can; she is such a hard working woman and an inspiration to young people my age. What did I get for Christmas, but a rockin’ folding table to go with my folding chairs. Just last weekend I went out to a local camping area we call Berrett’s and had a great weekend with the gang. My set of folding chairs and table were a great hit. They held the drinks, the food and the cooking utensils all weekend long. The table also made a great place for preparing the fish that we caught in the lake for dinner. Needless to say the fish weren’t anything like a really well prepared catfish at The Den, the best restaurant in town, but they hit the spot that night, especially with the nature of the group I was entertaining. Moral of the story, I loved my folding chairs, but now I can’t live without my folding table and chair set. The same brand, color and heavy duty nature, they rock! I would like to thank my mom for her wonderful gift and my new college friends for helping me put these babies to the test. I’ll tell you what good folding furniture is what every graduate needs for surviving the great new world ahead of them. I couldn’t live without mine. Even my sister loves her set, although, in my modest opinion, her set isn’t as heavy duty as mine.
